Just Cause 2 demo
Friday, March 5, 2010 | Permalink

I didn't get time to post this yesterday, because, well, I was busy playing the demo myself. But anyway, the demo is out for your favorite platform. Personally I like PC, so get it from Steam here.

Whether you already played the demo or not it's worth watching the new demo trailer.

If you're not tired of Just Cause 2 videos yet, the Nvidia added features for the PC version is a recommended view too.

I read the Nvidia press release about CUDA support in the PC version and it mentioned bokeh effects. It would be awesome if you could elaborate on those techniques on this blog. Or perhaps you're going to present them on conference?

Nice work, the game looks great!

Exactly what i was going to ask about! The bokeh looks really nice, any insights in how its done would be greatly appreciated. I have been looking at the lost planet 2 approach, but this looks even better i think. Time to try the demo

The game rocks Nice graphics and gameplay. However, the 30 min restriction is annoying

Hi,

I just finished testing the ps3 demo, and the first thing I noticed is the enhanced graphic compared to the first one, gorgeous effects and very smooth animations.

I found many physics bug, and no auto-lock in fight mode (like in GTA).

Anyway, I'll get this game later, because in march, there will be a game called God Of War 3 :P

Good luck
