To be honest, I didn't know you even had a forum.. had I know I'd be parusing it frequently. I'm a big fan of your 3d demo's - especially the ones concerning shadowmapping (I learned a great deal from those, which has helped to lead me to my own implementations). It might have saved me a fair bit of frustration had I known I could have posted my questions.

Hi guys! Don't worry about the main site. It's not going away. Just the forum, because it added no value when it was idle for months and was just a source of a lot of spam to my email due to new spam accounts constantly being registered. I have thousands of people visiting my site daily, so it's not in danger in any way.

Yep I've seen that nobody was posting.

Such a tutorial would be amazing since I do know how to do it theoretically but practically I don't know where to begin + which tools to use for that.

I'm really impressed by your cubemaps cause you see the seams only if you concentrate on it or draw in wireframe mode and check the edges after.

I want to take a snapshot of my flat to use it in my demos! Furtermore, I'm living in the near of the alps and there are plenty of nice spots to capture. Of course I would share my work
