I create my models from .t3d (UnrealEd format) or .obj depending on what kind of model I'm using. For regular world maps I use UnrealEd, for other kinds of models I either export them from Maya or grab something free from the net.

I have a question for you Humus:
What do you use to create the maps for your demos? Do you like create them in some modeller program and then import them to your own format? If so, which program?
