Looks very nice (the parallax mapping on the walls is great - more subtle than in your other demos). And the shadows work on GeForce6800 (187 fps), so it's not ATI only

Why do you get soft shadows for free? Normal ray tracing has hard shadows.

being raytraced have nothing to do with soft shadows. It's raytraced because it takes a list of objects and computes visibility by checking whether the line from the fragment to the light intersects a sphere.
