A similar trick for very experienced [L]33t w3bm4stArz is to configure Apache to return a "HTTP 1.1 Server Busy" page 10% of the time... Of course, it's a bit complicated for people who think that "solving an IRQ conflict" has something to do with Internet chat flamewars or that "P(h)ong shading" was implemented in the first video game (the one with the two bars and the green dot).
