"Human beings, who are almost unique in having the ability to learn from the experience of others, are also remarkable for their apparent disinclination to do so."

Here goes my bet :-)

I think there's something strange with the weather... You see some considerable amounts of snow although the sky is almost clear ( and it's snowing ).
Now you would say: it has to due with the altitude low pressures.
But i could still argue that the break ( in the map ) between the snow area and the forest area is to quick/drastic.

Well... it could all still be a feature :-)

personally i want more competition in the x86 market.
i want Chinese/European company's having their own innovation within this market.

with the lack of openness intel is slowing development according to their own personal needs, and not being innovative leader.

the Core i5 and Core i7 suck, it's pretty much a Pentium 4 meets Core2Duo hacked together (it's a royal mess).

Heh, good guesses everyone, but you're still missing the big elephant in the room, IMHO.

Mavoubate, I think that's probably a case stitching together different video sequences, and on one it just so happened to not be snowing. Good observation, I hadn't noticed that.

32s: The dude has no color

More seriously, I will take a chance: Around 37s, I see no snow falling, then 2 seconds later, I see some snow falling.

The screenshots from TH were actually what made me try the game in the first place. I wanted to see if they could really pull it off, and not make another case like Far Cry 2 where the game looked nothing like the pre-release screenshots.

And while it's certainly possible to create stunning shots there are a few things that are noticeable only when playing, like the popping LOD changes, or the distant 2D trees without shadows when you look through the scope. It would be cool if there was a way to bump it up even more.
The performance is pretty nice though.

Around 31 seconds into the video a cloud cuts into the mountains. ;^)

The best of luck for the project and regards!

"bugs" == visual artifacts I guess.
21s in, tree popups.
28s in, the shadows from the 3 hostages are 45 off?
54s in, crazy shadow flickering on helicopter

looks quite fun. it has that bionic commando / spiderman swing hook which seems popular now ;-)
