thanks for the tip - It said "Application Controlled" but I set it to forced off, and now it shows properly.

We're aiming at quarterly releases, so next one will probably be in January. Don't know about the presentations, but I bet they will be included in the next SDK.

How often does the SDK get updated? Every month or dependent on the amount of new content available?
